Pembina Pipeline announces acquisition of Enbridgeº£½Ç³Ô¹ÏÍø™s JV interests
Pembina has entered into an agreement to acquire Enbridgeº£½Ç³Ô¹ÏÍø™s interests in Alliance, Aux Sable and NRGreen for an aggregate purchase price of approximately CAN$3.1 billion.
