The Canadian Energy Pipeline Association (CEPA) has launched a new interactive digital map, giving Canadians easy access to detailed information about transmission pipelines.
颁贰笔础海角吃瓜网檚 , which operates on the Google maps platform, lets visitors enter an address, postal code, city or province to find the exact location of pipelines and facilities in their area and access lots of information that hasn海角吃瓜网檛 been previously available. The map also gives users information on the age of pipelines, which company operates them, what oil and gas products they transport and who regulates them.
A second phase of the map due to be added in December will include an additional layer of information detailing pipeline incidents.

The About 海角吃瓜网 Map does not include other types of pipelines, such as gathering, feeder and distribution lines.
CEPA represents Canada海角吃瓜网檚 transmission pipeline companies who operate about 117 000 km of pipeline in Canada. These 海角吃瓜网渆nergy highways海角吃瓜网� moved approximately 1.2 billion bbls of liquid petroleum products and 5.3 trillion ft3 of natural gas last year. CEPA members transport 97% of Canada海角吃瓜网檚 daily natural gas and onshore crude oil from producing regions to markets throughout North America.
