Lunate to acquire a minority stake in ADNOC gas pipelines from Snam
Lunate, an Abu Dhabi based global alternative investment manager with US$105 billion in assets under management, announced it is to acquire a minority stake in ADNOC Gas º£½Ç³Ô¹ÏÍø that is indirectly held by Snam, Europeº£½Ç³Ô¹ÏÍø™s leading gas infrastructure operator.
