Draft EIS released and public comment period begins for Line 3 pipeline
The Minnesota Department of Commerce has released its draft environmental impact statement and commenced a comment period for the Enbridge Energyº£½Ç³Ô¹ÏÍø™s Line 3 pipeline replacement project.
