Tallgrass Energy, LP, through its affiliate Tallgrass Pony Express Pipeline, LLC has announced a binding open season soliciting shipper commitments for crude oil transportation from Pony Express’ Sterling origin to destinations in Cushing, Oklahoma, US, in exchange for volume incentive tariff rates.
