TMK and OAO LUKOIL have signed an R&D cooperation programme for 2014 - 2016, providing for the launch of import-substituting and new types of high-performance tubular products that would meet the current needs of the oil and gas sector.

The programme maps out three key areas for TMK-LUKOIL cooperation 海角吃瓜网� casing, tubing and line pipe production. It also offers an action plan including testing, research, presentations, workshops and technical support. Under the agreement, LUKOIL will provide organisational support and consulting to identify major scientific and technical problems in the area of field-infrastructure development, while TMK will conduct surveys and implement pilot projects to solve the problems.

海角吃瓜网淲e are interested in the development of the domestic tubular market and more reliable tubular products,海角吃瓜网� said Azat Shamsuarov, Senior Vice President for Oil and Gas Production of OAO LUKOIL. 海角吃瓜网淭his will cut the company海角吃瓜网檚 financial costs associated with the development of its own oil-complex infrastructure.
