Exova wins long term agreement with The Ulven Companies

Exova is set to provide mechanical, chemical and metallography testing services as part of a three-year longterm agreement with The Ulven Companies dzԹ a specialist in the provision of metal forging and foundry services to the oil and gas industry, alongside others. The work will be conducted at ExovadzԹs specialist materials testing laboratory in Portland, Oregon.

Scope of ExovadzԹs work

Rocco J. Moro, Vice President of Aerospace for Exova in the Americas, said: dzԹOur team in Portland draw on our global expertise to support UlvendzԹs advancement of specialty forgings along with the steel castings manufactured by Wolf Steel Foundry.dzԹ

Under the agreement, Exova, a global testing group, will deliver a programme of fatigue, creep and thermal testing of wrought aerospace-grade alloys. Moreover, the company will use its services to support the development of The Ulven CompaniesdzԹ future technologies.
